Little Guy North American Kestral

Why the name?
Although he is not a big falcon, he thinks he is.

Rehab history
Came into rehab in June 2007, and was transferred to education status that fall.

Story

Little Guy hit a window in the U.S. Capitol at high speed, knocked himself out, and permanently damaged the radial nerve in his left wing and both his eyes. He was picked up by the U.S. Capital Police and transferred to RCV. He has settled very comfortably into his role as an avian ambassador and enjoys showing off for the public. He is extremely calm for a falcon.
